5. Graphite
6. PEEK

CVD-Thickfilm Diamond is ideally suited for processing highly abrasive materials such as:

1. Aluminium >10%
2. Plexiglass
3. Copper/ Tungsten copper
4. Glass- and Glass ceramic
5. Hard metal G-type >12% Co
6. Hard metal K-type >15% Co
7. Titanum (Finishing operations)
8. Any abrasive non-ferrous materials
9. Other hard, brittle non-ferrous materials

UltraDiamond is successfully used for processing:

1. Hard metal G-type <12% Co
2. Hard metal K-type >7% Co
3. Carbide with Ni Binder
4. Glass- and Glass ceramic
5. Quartz glas
6. Other hard, brittle non-ferrous materials
